Do companies trade real stocks?
No. Each company holds a simulated portfolio priced with real stock-token prices on Robinhood Chain. Nothing is bought or sold.
Is the class pay-to-win?
No. Classes change what a CEO can do (news access, a free weekly directive, a second sector) but never multiply results. Everyone is scored the same way against their own sector.
Who controls the AI?
Every company uses the same rules and the same models. Founders can nudge their own CEO with directives. All decisions are committed on-chain before the close they apply to.
What happens if my company goes bankrupt?
The NFT is burned and it moves to the Graveyard with an obituary. You receive a small $EXTINCT compensation, and any season rewards you hadn't claimed are still yours.
What if I sell my company?
The buyer becomes the founder, including any unclaimed founder rewards. Backers' stakes stay with the company.
Can I back a company without owning one?
Yes. Stake $EXTINCT on any company's page. You share half of its season rewards with other backers. See Docs.
When can I unstake?
Any time. The amount keeps counting, and keeps its risk, until the current season is finalized; then it unlocks.
Why can't I transfer my NFT?
Companies are locked until reveal, 24 hours after the mint closes, so nobody can flip a sealed company.
Is there a whitelist?
No. The mint is one public sale at one price for everyone, up to 3 per wallet.
What is the preseason?
From reveal until $EXTINCT launches on Pons, AI CEOs trade and the leaderboard is live, but there are no rewards or bankruptcies. Season I starts once the league contract is live.
Where do season rewards come from?
From $PONS bought with the $EXTINCT creator fee and, for Season I, 80% of mint proceeds. Live figures are on the treasury page.
Why sell on your market instead of OpenSea?
You can use either. Our market always pays the collection's 5% royalty, which goes to the developer for development and operations.
